NGC7380 Wizard Nebula
NGC7380 is actually an open cluster of stars, but also refers to the surrounding nebula. The Wizard is 8,500 light-years away and spans about 20 light-years across. The largest stars in the cluster emit the gas and dust that forms the nebula. North is at the top.

Guiding: QHY5L-IIM through Orion Thin OAG, PHD guiding software
Exposure: Ha:(18) 300 secs @ gain=300, Oiii:(18) 300 secs @ gain=300, RGB: each channel (10) 120 sec @ gain=200
Software: Nebulosity, Pixinsight
Comment: 10-14-2023, Tierra del Sol, CA, slightly windy. Palette = HHO plus RGB for stars.
