NGC7635
Bubble Nebula and Friends
This
wide-angle image contains several interesting objects. In the center is
NGC7635 Bubble Nebula, (zoom in to see the bubble). Above it and to the
right is open cluster M52. Another open cluster, NGC7510, is the small
one just peeking above the bottom-center. The large nebula above it is
SH2-157, the Lobster Claw Nebula. The small dim nebula to the right of
the claw is SH2-159, the brighter nebula to the right of that is
NGC7538. The 3 dark-nebulas at the bottom-right of the image are,
clockwise from the top of the group: LDN1231, LDN1229/LDN1230,
and LDN1225. North
is to the right.
